For over ten years, I've been working at the intersection of academia and applied science. I unlock the science behind behaviour to solve everyday problems, from changing our personality, navigating difficult relationships to building purposeful, meaningful lives.
In addition, I consult for the development sector, working to use behavioural science and human-centred design research on issues of economic mobility and poverty alleviation. As a Principal Investigator at the Centre of Social and Behaviour Change at Ashoka University, I work closely with project teams, governments and other policymakers to diagnose, design and evaluate behaviourally informed interventions on behaviour change. I bring this dissemination of this research through research and writing.
