HOW TO DESIGN FOR BEHAVIOUR CHANGE
How do we design for behaviour change? I present the five-step process for behavioural design, from conducting a behavioural diagnostic, designing an intervention to testing and evaluation. Prepare for case studies and a practical exercise.

We think we know ourselves, but we are prone to blindspots and biases. Using cutting-edge research from the science of personality and interactive play with my card game, we debunk common myths around personality, discuss key insights in what makes us tick, and how we can tap into our unique strengths and their potential to change.
HABITS, GOALS AND EMOTIONS
In this workshop series, I apply frameworks from behavioural science to three common behaviours we typically want to change, our habits, goals and motivation, and regulating emotions. We discuss successful behavioural strategies for each of these behaviours.
